You’re Halfway There

Have you realized you are halfway through the year?!

What a great time to pause, reflect on all that you have achieved, and decide what the rest of the year will bring you.

BUT, let me caution you… Most people will focus on what they have not achieved, the goals that have not been realized, the end results that were less than satisfying. This is not the way that your mind operates at its very best.

You may have heard the saying: where attention goes, energy flows, and your results grow! Let’s break down this saying into the actual process your mind uses. Your subconscious mind is like a computer. It does not care what program you run: whether the program is healthy or will hold you back. The job of the subconscious is to run the program and to bring about the desired conditioned results of that program.

If you are focusing on lack, what you don’t have, what’s missing, or in other words poverty consciousness, then your subconscious mind will do its best to bring more of that into your life. If you want to upgrade your life, then you need to own your emotions so you can own the results!

Which program will your subconscious run? Whatever you focus on consistently. Most people will allow the program choice to be made by; the news, their friends problems, the economy, even their own ongoing woes. Yet, all of us have experienced the lackluster life results we get when we focus on what’s wrong. What to do? It is time to break the back of lack in your life, celebrate where you have already succeeded, and move forward with confidence and power!

So, here are your success steps:

  1. Review your last six months for success. Write down at least six things that you felt great about during the first half of the year.
  2. Now that you have your successes, write down the strongest emotion that was invoked from each success. You may find that there are repeating emotions, or you may find they are all different.
  3. Pick one emotion out of your list and write it down where you can see it daily for the next week. Take a few minutes every day and program your mind for success by asking your subconscious to find all the ways you can automatically experience this wonderful, life-giving emotion through your thoughts, actions and your results.
  4. Repeat this exercise each time you need a power boost for achievement!

Supporting Your Success,

Dawn

P.S. What happens when you look at yourself in the mirror? If you pick out your flaws, internally beat yourself for what’s looking back or even avoid your reflection, you will drive away the very thing you want to see; the happy and healthy you.
